Unitrunker Delay

I was watching my 996xt while running Unitrunker and noticed there is a delay between the scanner and computer is this normal? I am monitoring Louisiana LWIN P25 700MHz.I checked the scanner settings and Unitrunker settings and didnt notice anthing unusual.Thanks Tony
