University of Arkansas radio frequency question.

On this University of Arkansas - Fayetteville Trunking System, Fayetteville, Arkansas

I see where it says parking is that parking enforcement. Because I'm trying to figure what that is because I know there's an analog parking but I don't know it digital parking is. Any better description will help.

I suspect everything is migrating to the trunked system. Do you still hear an analog parking frequency? I don't see it in the database.

I was trying to figure out is the parking on that page. Is it parking authority where it says parking or is it something else. There is an analog parking but the University has nothing to do with that one. Not much description on that digital parking on that page and no I cannot find out and do not have a scanner to find out I was just asking because someone asked me the other day and I said I would find out.
