Mid-Del Schools in Midwest City Oklahoma has a DMR channel that constantly transmits but I never get a TG or USER or anything on it. It’s on 152.8925, CC6. I’m wondering what it could be used for and is it worth monitoring.

I'm noticing there are a few DMR systems that seem to operate as trunked, where they have a frequency that is dedicated to constantly transmit data, similar to a control channel. But I never pick up and system information on it...no TG's, user ID's, anything, just a carrier. I was up by Tulsa Tech in Tulsa today and they have a similar deal. Carrier constantly transmitting, but no data.
I think it has something to do with their bus GPS tracking system. Maybe it’s constantly pinging the buses to update the locations.
