In Nags Head this week...VIPER system has been silent
I do have signal and data from Buxton and Simulcast sites.

Yes I did hear EMS and Fire traffic from Dare County both analog and P25.
No VIPER trafic until near Chesapeake VA

#60695 off the TWC tower,Cumb Co I suspect this may be a US Marshal talk group
Possible but that is outside the USMS range, try to get some RIDs and see if that is them.

For anyone that listens to the VIPER statewide, emergency management, medical helo or the DPRR talkgroups, numerous additions and changes to the talkgroup lists have been entered into the database. Many new TGs have been added. You might want to update your scanner programming.

This is interesting i know how it happens but a rare catch for me anyway. Picking up Forest City Police that are located in Rutherford Co located either in the mountains or foothills of of our great state. Picking this up off the Sampson Co,Salemburg Tower. Receiving for 3 days now
Could be someone visiting the area and brought the radio with them, thus affiliating to the local tower, or a cache radio still on that TG? Get that a lot here in Raleigh. Always a nice surprise to hear traffic from foreign jurisdictions to hear how they do it.

This is probably due to a Forest City officer attending class at the NC Justice Academy in Salemburg. I'm surprised that this TG has roaming capabilities however.
Yep coming in loud n clear here in spring lake.

Heard TG 60696 for a few mins on 6/25. It s in the range of Federal TG's, maybe USMS or Immigration, but not listed.
Also heard TG 60695 on 6/17 - sounds like Immigration - no listing either.
