Exactly what the title says, does the Washington State Patrol use a trunked system or is it a conventional system with only the frequency?

Speaking of the WSP.... Just for grins, I did a search in the FCC D-base and found this:
File Number: 0003616155 Licensee: WASHINGTON, STATE OF City: BELLEVUE, WA Radio Service: PW Public Safety Pool, Conventional Status: Pending (New)
Site: 1 Address: BURLINGTON HILL N OF City: BURLINGTON, WA County: SKAGIT Coordinates: 48° 29' 0.0" N, 122° 19' 24.0" W
Frequency: 154.77750000 154.78500000 154.79250000
Site: 2 State: WA
Frequency: 154.77750000 154.78500000 154.79250000
When I looked at the "Admin".... it is the "Washington State Patrol". It appears to have been entered on 10/22/2008!
And looking alittle further, they also show [155.010 Mhz] as an additional frequency in addition to the previous.
