We Got Wind!!!!!

MY WEATHER STATION CLAIMS WE HAD A WIND GUST OF 120 LAST NIGHT

To be sure ,it is extreamly windy I do not believe 120 though

45 mph is what I have recorded out here in the middle of nowhere..and it is getting stronger. 120 that is a strong wind, What kind of weather station are you using?

Wind in Colorado Springs

On the West side of Colorado Springs near the Flying W Chuckwagon, I recorded ONLY 64 MPH at 3:06 AM. Not aware of any damage other than newspapers and garbage cans!

I-70 closed over Vail Pass

US-6 closed over Loveland Pass

US-40 closed over Berthoud Pass

and a beautiful 74 degrees in San Diego, sorry think I'll retreat to the pool while everyone enjoys the wind.

I recorded a 45mph gust yesterday in Colorado Springs near UCCS, but didn't look into the log to see what time. However, if someone finds the cover to my barbecue grill, I'd like it back!

Early this morning got a gust at 79.2 mph, currently we are at a pleasantly 35 mph and gusts up to 50 mph and white out cond.
