Yes I have heard via the calls that visibility is zero. And that is part of the problem of units getting to the scene of these multiple calls.

I have also heard that over in the Platteville area, that they also have been having problem along the 85 corridor. Interesting that we are over in Frederick, and one would never know that this was going on. Looks wet here and there, and just snow on the grass. Must just be on the outside of this system.

Call just coming in on accidents I-76 around the Hudson exit on Weld.

Multiple car accident, Miliken Fire going to FG3 1909 to the location of 54 and 83rd. And reports coming in of a complete white out conditions on 54.

Miliken is asking Greeley to shut down 54th that goes down towards Miliken. And this is not a county road, but a Greeley road. Per firefighter reports, unable to see anything, and unable to turn vehicle around to help control traffic.

Miliken Fire is now in the process of picking up varies people that are stranded on area roads, and talking of closing down 257 north out of Miliken.

Looks like Weld county, and Greeley are now sending out public works to help in blocking some of these roads on the south west of the Greeley area. Black ice, and white out conditions. Obviously, traffic in this area is terrible.

Sorry, got that last part of this call. But reports of multiple power lines down on Weld FG12 1920. Listening to two firefighters reporting on power line across the road, and there is also a traffic light across one of the roads. The line keeps going digital, so missing some of the info.

US 85 Northbound/Southbound Greeley-Wyoming border (Milemarker 280-309)Closed to Traffic because of Severe Weather conditions. both directions between Ault and Wyoming. Road closure began April 4th, 2009 at 10:33am.

I-76 Westbound Denver-Ft. Morgan (Milemarker 40-41)Closed to Traffic. WB I-76 closed due to accident. Road closure began April 4th, 2009 at 1:58pm.

Even if you could go north out of Colorado, you would not get far in Wyoming. All of these are closed in Wyoming.

Passerby reported a possible rollover just one mile west of Keenesburg on Weld 1907

No amb hit, just a firetruck and one minor neck pain transported from that trauma green.
