I'm not sure if anyone else has dealt with this company: Two-Way Radios, Replacement Parts & Accessories - Radioparts
They are the WORSE people I have ever dealt with. I ordered a battery for my XTS2500 on February 27th. Their website showed my order has not even been processed yet. So I call the number listed and all you get is a voice mail message asking you to leave a message. I did that a day ago. Today I log in and start a live chat. Sure enough, after about 10 minutes, the chat person tells me that the order has not been processed yet. I asked why and all I got was I don't know. At this point, she says she would send an email to the warehouse to see what the hold up is and that someone would get back to me or send me an email in a couple of days. I told her that I was not willing to wait more days for a response and that I wanted a refund. Again, 10 minutes go by. She says that the order was canceled and that someone has to "process" the refund and to have a nice day, goodbye. I said hang on, when can I expect my funds to be returned? She wrote back " I don't know, it takes time and ends the chat. I am as patient as the next person but this place is ridiculous.......
