It did fail today and the IT guy deleted a lot of old files (over a month old or more) and started the run manually. It should be good by tomorrow.

Fortunately, electrons are not part of the supply chain issue (yet).

P.S. Since this issue happens about once a year, I proposed a more permanent fix. (automatically delete old HPDB files after 30 days)

Still no update

It is still happening this morning 1/25/2022. It says the current version from 01/09/22 is the current version.

You are most likely concerned about nothing. Have there been any database updates to what you scan?

Yep. I again notified the IT guy. I know he manually ran the download yesterday.

In the interim, you can add the updates manually. It's probably not a lot of change. You might find some systems show an update, such as statewide systems, but none that impact your area.

I looked at my file. Where do I find the date of the file? I haven't had mine updated in a few weeks.
Look in the bottom left corner of the Sentinel program window... you may have to expand the window to full screen to see it.

How worked up did you all get last year when the power was off in TX for an extended period of time… there wasn’t any updates for weeks!

Wait until Monday and try again
Of course I know all about the normal Monday schedules.
I was just making a point in case it was overlooked when the x36HP/SDS model updates were fixed.
This exact same thing happened the last time the weekly updates became "stuck". Joe didn't know that only the x36HP updates were fixed and not the HP1/2 updates.
