West/Lafayette Question

I've been hearing the LPD referring to an area called '5 Points'. Does anyone from this area know where this is at? I've heard it several times in the past week. They did mention a Bar Barry's Liquor Store but I can't recall any of their locations being referred to as 5 Points.
