And you do own all of the scanners you listed and have personally tested each scanner on a equal combined Antenna System.
The TRX scanners will work for a user that does not have the time or the skills to setup a Uniden Scanner but users that have the time and skills to setup the Uniden Scanners have a far better receiving system. The great Whistler Company is still selling the same GRE BUILT AND DESIGNED scanner they BOUGHT. They tried to design their own scanner and gave up after a year or so. On the other hand Uniden has designed and released new scanners into the market that work very well for the targeted user they were designed for. Also Uniden has released new features for several of its scanners that were already sold and in users hands.

Folks, let's focus on helping the OP find a Whistler scanner or a suitable alternative. There's no need to bash other scanners or their manufacturers or people who use other scanners.

While I drink my morning coffee I found out Whistler is sold out of the trx-1 and 2, but the 1010,1040,1025,1065 are back in stock, I will check the other sites soon, but I guess on Amazon there mostly still sold out.

alright scanner masters and zip scanner is out of stock, I do have a theory a small theory, I think Whistler might be wanting to get rid of their dealers to sell direct to the people for a higher price, so far whistler is the one with a few in stock, everywhere else sold out.
