Who makes this scanner?

The Scannocular was actually made by Uniden, & carried a Uniden FCC ID # on the back plate ( "AMWxxxxx"), but it was private labled for "Memorex" & possibly another name too, never sold as a BearCat.
It also had wierd frequency "gaps" in relation to regular scanners, (I think low band was missing), & had no speaker built-in, you needed an earphone.
