The wild card is simply have the system on search instead of scan. In scan it will only use the tg that are enter and leaves everything out. In search it will lock on all tg's unless you have them saved as lockout. If you have it lablel then it will display the label.

Caught TG 9352 off the Ansted Site earlier. Couldn't catch what base it was but some "Creek Base" told an airplane pilot to be careful. Heard it about 3 this afternoon.

Know what you mean. It was a short and sweet transmission and I almost missed it myself. Don't have a clue who the agency is.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_2_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8C148 Safari/6533.18.5)

The Pennsboro tower is built and antennas are installed. My understanding is that the hold-up is the link frequencies to Salem and St. Marys.

Every time I've listen to TG 9352 it was Helo traffic. Was very active during the floods in Logan and I listened to them one day when the Helo started at Helments Rock and checked in about every 30 mins. all the way to Yeager Airport.

I already had 9352 in there as "Helo" in Win500,I think Jess had talked about it before and I had put it in. Maybe I'll get lucky and catch some transmissions sometime(I hope)

Well after I got home I did some pondering. Just heard a dispatch for an accident in Nicholas Co. and Fire Dept was requesting a helicopter for patient transport. AirEvac responded to this and as I was listening to them on the local fire freq. the "creek base" that I heard earlier on the Ansted Site was probably this same aircraft communicating with it's base over at the Glade Creek Business Park just outside of Summersville. They would be affiliating with the Ansted Site since currently that is the closest site to Summersville so I think it's starting to come together and make since now. Curious to see if this TG is used statewide for all medical helicopters or just AirEvac itself. I'll have to do some more listening to confirm it 100% so hoping to hear more from it real soon.

Oh Yeah. I thought that was very interesting to hear them actually using the Nich Fire Repeater. Of course it's very awesome to have them in Summersville ready to respond whenever needed.
