just heard tg7931 on Parkersburg site 52 to dispatch had her run 2 28s sounds like hes on I77

# 52 is a Ravenswood PD unit. I've heard a little more traffic today on TG 7931 from both EMS and LE here in Jackson Co. But the bulk of their radio traffic is still on the analog freqs. They are definitely "testing the waters" on IRP. Also heard TG 9781 (IFLOWS F1) on the Ripley site today.
I'll be taking a short trip later on today in Wood Co. by way of the Clarksburg/Bridgeport Exit. I programmed in the Parkersburg Site. Hoping to hear something good while up there. I'll post when I get back if I catch anything.

Welp,based on a earlier post I put talkgroup 4349 as "Drilling Company" in Win500 and just took a look at the database and it's Lincoln County PSD, I've been listening to a lot of lincoln county talkgroups lately,they are going full bore like Kanawaha county is(I do wish more talkgroups there would light up though)

Yeah, you can see the 2 Fed RIDs just rolling through the channels. The Federal Protection Service has been using it heavily lately with patches and links to other systems in the region.

There have been two Wood Co Towers on Line for sometime now........
Well I made my trip yesterday but didn't pickup ANY IRP traffic at all on the Parkersburg Site. I did notice that their fire dept is on VHF P25 though.

Is Wood Sheriff and Vienna Pd still on VHF high?

Yes both are still on VHF analog. Parkersburg PD is VHF analog, Parkersburg Fire is VHF P25. It's a shame that they don't utilize the IRP.
