Yea I kind of wonder if they are at the Boy Scout construction site helping out(Yesterday I saw 3 National Guard Chinooks fly overhead while working)

Hey guys I might be able to shine a little light on the 1st transmission listed. I happened to be listening to Barbour Co. last night online and I caught (during the pager tests) that all fireman was to come by the firehouse and pick up their new VHF radios that the VHF system is now "up and running." On the other hand this may have just been a coincendence and have nothing to do with the statement mentioned here. Just thought I would pass that along. Barbour Co. Fire is currently lowband.

73s hope this helps

Chad

Makes since since you can't do fire/ems pager tone outs on the SIRN and the fact most agencies are trying to complete the narrow band requirements.

The RIDS for 9591 that I got while I was asleep is 85189, 85184, 85181, 85177. 85182 these do fit with my others in WVNG

I haven't run mine hardly at all since the great melt down back on November. With christmas around the corner I had to depend on a 20 year old laptop for the feed. Anyway I have another desktop with plenty of fans in it, just I dont want to risk loosing it.

Oh ok thanks for the reply Jeff. When I'm out mobile I have the Wildcard set on the Gauley Site so it picks everything up. I guess with the radio ID's being 38xxx it definitely wouldn't be Kanawha Co. Their ID's are 61xxx.

I at times would hear Fire Marshall 5 in the past and today I caught Fire Marshall 3(9185) just when I got back from having my wife raid my wallet at wally world. I don't know if I've ever caught 9185 before. I don't know what they were talking about as I caught the end of their conversation

Does anyone know if there is a Map of where the WV Interoperability System Towers are located?

Under any trunked system, you can see the map of the towers by clicking "RR Locations" at the top right in the sites box. I was just looking at WV SIRNS map of the towers as we are traveling through here to KY.

I have been hearing TG9013 and the mobile units have been calling Parkersburg. Latest transmission was reference a call in the Davisville area. So I am guessing this maybe Wva St being it is in the 9000 series of TG's. Anyone else may want to listen in to help verify.

Hey Bucko,

Likely SP Parkersburg. They seem to use their private encrypted channel pretty frequently also.

I figured it was by their traffic and do hear them using it some but they are not as active as thought it would be but then neither is the old low band.

While doing some cleanup work on my Win500 SIRN listing I just now caught a new talkgroup 9594(scanner with me in the puter room). Glad it's my day off and before I go to head out to lowes too LOL Nice I am able to catch a couple of new talkgroups I was moaning about this listening in bed early this morning.
