Does anyone know who ran the node that provided Wyoming County fire and police? It’s offline, and I was wondering if it’s coming back or if there’s anything that can be done to help get it back online.

That's all I can find it archived data from when it was last up
As an alternative, you could pick up an inexpensive analog scanner and listen directly. Wyoming County is currently all analog conventional VHF high. From your location you might very well be able to listen using something like a BC125AT. Maybe you could borrow a scanner (if you don't have one) and test.
