A little late in posting this; But I had the occasion to correspond with Mike for help with my PR0-107. He sent me the required material to get that 107 backup and going. He paid the postage, time and effort to help me without asking for money. THAT says a lot about one's character. I sent him a few dollars for his out of pocket expense and time he helped. (No he did not sell me the scanner or anything, he just answered my want ad for help.)
