Yakima City Services TRS

I received the following submission for the Yakima City Services TRS. The talkgroup doesn't match the format of other talkgroups. I've asked the submitter for follow up without success. When I try to add it I need a "subfleet".

I don't know if this will help. A number of years ago they purchased type 2 Motorola radios for the bus fleet and operated it as a hybrid system. The talkgroup was 16528. Looking at my Sentinel software it looks like I simply entered the talkgroup (as an analog talkgroup) in a new Dept. category and it worked fine.
