Zello question

I have a 996P2 connected to PC via USB sound card, the computer is receiving the audio as I can see the levels on the Mic and Zello shows active but not sending and Ive tried moving the settings around and don't seem to get anywhere.

And on the main screen you have to click the lock button so it turns red
