155.0025 repeating Winnebago county fire dispatches

It's weak, and I can also hear traffic direct ("Harlem-Roscoe Fire") at about the same strength so unsure how applicable this is to Chicagoland, but the only repeaters I see for 155.0025 are in Lake County...

I've spotted some other un-licensed/un-noted VHF fire frequencies, but I've lost my notes... :^(

Could it be Pearl City (Freeport area)? They are licensed with a repeater on 155.0025 with an input of 159.0975. No PL is listed in the DB.

Don't think so, I hear it pretty much all the time, so not skip/ducting.

Edit: oh, I guess that was mentioned before. I'll agree it's likely Pearl City rebroadcasting. They likely cover a section of Winnebago county, thus needing to get paged by them.
