It occurred on 11:02 PM at 311 West Chicago Ave at the Artis Restaurant and Lounge in the River North Neighborhood. A Music rapper was hosting a party inside the Restaurant when a vehicle drove up in front of the Restaurant and started to open fire at the large crowd and took off.
Chicago Police stating the description of the vehicle was "dark-colored." Two men, ages 23 and 25. Were pronounced deceased at John Stroger Hospital. As well as two females, ages 26 and 27 also pronounced deceased at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
