How's this? This great antenna on the Baofeng radio! Sorry I got a bit sloppy with the "black RTV" when I locked the antenna onto the radio!

You didn't use enough electrical tape.

I ran out of tape so I used the RTV that was left over from other projects. I wanted to be certain to maintain grounding for lighting.
