Don't know if you guys can help me or not, but I heard tonight 33.86 PL 77.0 and 37.1 PL 162.2... I see that you guys have them listed in the above listings, but I'm not 100% sure that's where it was. I'm sure 33.86 was an EMS Dispatch... I did a search on the FCC Website and Bellevue NE did come up for both. I looked the freqs up in the database, but they didn't have tones listed. So giving my location (NW MO) I'm guessing it's Bellevue, but didn't know if you guys had any suggestions. I was using the RS All Band Antenna on my vehicle and a BCD996T.

I am certain about 33.860/77.0 Washington Co MD and 37.100/162.2 Morgantown WV (logged the Morse ID) but of course those frequency / tone combinations could also be used elsewhere.

Most of my low band DX has been coming in from the west coast areas. Washington State mainly. I've put in some stuff listed for Canada above Washington as well as some Alaska stuff that is listed but have never heard a peep on any of those. Of course they could be unused as I was using the FCC ULS search for so called active licenses in Alaska and Washington.
One I have heard for months now (daily) is 33.420 which is listed as a 10 watt TIS link out of Sammamish, WA. The call is really WQJW689 which is not the call they say on the air. The aired callsign (WQJW697) is the callsign for the AM TIS station which is on 540 kHz. The 33.420 is just an remote audio link into the AM TIS station.
It comes in clear as a bell here for much of the daylight hours each day.
Both calls are listed as 10 watt stations but I've never been able to DX the AM TIS station.
The normal northeast stuff has been mostly dead for me which is unusual as the NE stations are usually the only ones I ever get.

I use the 33.420 to tell me if the band has opened due to it being a 10 watt signal.
I've just put in 33.860 and 37.100 to see if I get any hits here. Nothing yet though but if they are NE stations, I may never hear them the way things have been going for me the last two months at least.

an opening around sunset today above 30 mhz. One nice new one with a positive ID:

31.04 82.5Hz 16:45 WXG578 Sleek and Sons Trucking, references to Fairfield township and Rudy Drive, Johnstown, Cambria Co PA. Good signal.

Lots of others logged but not much in the way of id's.

Im using the Uniden BCT15X with ARC XT software - which is a nice combination. Great little radio, if a little confusing at first

I'm using ARC XT with a BCD996XT and dropping the audio files to a Dropbox directory which allows me to access from any computer and alerts me when new files are added. A nice feature - I can see on my laptop when files are added to the computer in the radio room.

Im using the Uniden BCT15X with ARC XT software - which is a nice combination.
