I noticed Site 001-002 Cook County South is now showing a Peer Site 001-030 Grant Park CC 769.93125
Does anyone know where site 001-039 Grant Park is located? It is not listed on the RR Database page.

T130 was in Grant Park, IL down in Kankakee County. I'm not sure if it's on the air anymore since Kankakee is/will be using a simulcast system as T248

Found this page to be informative to determine who's dispatching who. Hometown is being dispatched by Cook County I discovered. Net-6 is very quiet these days.

Out this way, Hometown and Merrionette Park PD's are being dispatched by Cook County, Hickory Hills will continue to dispatch Hometown Fire Dept., Hickory Hills is now the primary dispatch for the Roberts Park Fire Protection District. Reading some more today...Hillside, Westchester, Forest View (Leaving Lyons), Justice and Willow Springs will be combining Dispatch Centers. They way it reads, Justice and Willow Springs will continue to remain on the same channel and will be switching to Starcom. Hillside and Westchester (Currently on Net-17) will also remain on the same channel (switching to Starcom?), but who will Forest View be with? Will these departments join the Cook County Starcom node or become independent like Oak Lawn? The Starcom plot thickens!

Thank you for the update. I just programmed it in and so far no data being transmitted. I'm sure this is all related: Oak Lawn Central on Starcom

It's phase 1 traffic in the clear.

It's also just OLREC traffic coming over site 001-030 at this time.

I understand. Also confirmed the frequencies, site hold, analyze and trunking discovery and not receiving anything. Are you seeing this on DSD or a scanner? Location?

I have no doubt you're correct, but at this time this site isn't active on scanners. But...I would add it in when they activate it which I did. Site 1-002 is becoming too crowded and was wondering when a new site would be added.

As of right now, Site 1-002 is still carrying OLREC traffic on scanners.

EDIT: ...and just like that it's on...lol!

Site 130 has been added to the Radio Reference STARCOM21 database page. Location has been generically listed as "Oak Lawn" until we know the location of the site's tower(s). I will further tweak the information as the information becomes available. Additions and corrections welcomed!

Site 1-030 isn't producing as strong as a signal as Site 1-002. Took a ride a little bit ago, and with my SDS 100 by Midway Airport, signal strength was marginal at best with variable RSSI/D-Error rates. It was probably set up this way and why any non-OLREC talkgroup is being rejected.

Phase 2 activity noted on Evergreen-3 (TGID 36968) on Site 1-030. One user in the clear, the other encrypted.

This past June, the Winnebago County Sheriff's Office was issued a license (WRDQ517) for a new STARCOM21 site at the Rockton Township highway department, located at 1301 N Blackhawk Boulevard in Rockton . Today, a fellow CARMA member reported a new site (Site 155) being shown as a neighbor to Sites 111 (Rockford) and 143 (South Beloit) with a control channel of 771.03125 (as indicated by Pro96Com).

Here are the frequencies covered by WRDQ517:

769.28125
769.53125
769.78125
770.53125
771.03125

There's always the possibility that other freqs covered by the State of Illinois 700 MHz state license might be in use here as well.

Is there anyone that could confirm Site 155 as the new Rockton site?
