I have recent recordings of that one but I'd need to go through them - back during last cycle I had:

33.3000 186.2 15:06:15 "204 to Dusty Buffington" "shore 142 come in bear" "32 clear" various times and dates 18/11/2013 F2
33.3000 186.2 17:38:16 Partial ID "492 out" (Possibly WQIY492 Hebronville, Texas, NATURAL GAS PIPELINE COMPANY OF AMERICA LLC ) 14/10/2013 F2
33.3000 14:55:00 KBH820, "Kenedy", Burnell Oil Field, Bee County, Texas, comms check, om with callsign and count. 01/11/2013 F2
So I went through my recent recordings of 33.3 / 186.2 - sounds like Gas. Callsigns heard were "265" and "206" References like "John sloane 3 - 9 million" "Robert Faulkner - 8 million" "22 million out of the north end" "JP Wright 13" Are these well names?

OK here we GO! Today's captures from Southern California. Not a whole lot today, and the traffic was pretty short and not as loud as it usually is. Must've been one of those days. It was VERY hot the last few days. Enjoy the tables.

33.800179.9KXV431Windham Co, CT Fire Disp (QVEC)Freq/PL/Traffic

Just to remind everyone how I do my listings:

Freq indicates a frequency match to the agency listed.

PL (or No PL) indicates a PL (or known carrier squelch channel) match to the agency listed. No PL can be of significance!

Traffic indicates that there was information in the transmissions (address, township/city name, apparatus, callsign, department name, etc.) that confirmed who the transmission was originating from. If "Traffic" isn't listed, it's assumed that was the listed agency, but unconfirmed.

Hope everyone has a great, safe week!

Today's Southern California fun. Not much today - and what I did have was either terribly noisy or loud and clear, and it was mostly terribly noisy. I wonder if a "cycle" is winding down for a bit.

Todays captures from Southern California. Signals weren't all that great, but were more plentiful than yesterday. There were a few weird ones as well... Any thoughts?

I've heard military on 33.10/33.60. Their PL is 150.0 , since that's not a standard PL most scanners will round it up to 151.4.

That's what I figured, I'm familiar with the 150.0Hz and figured the scanner did exactly that. OK - glad I'm not the only one who's heard that, pretty much confirms what it was. I don't know if they were using OTP encryption and that's what all the phonetics and numbers were, or what, but it was very much not civilian-sounding. It also sounded somewhat distant.

Looks like you may have caught the same traffic based on your log.
