I have tried to use the software using windows 2000. When I go to enter the frequencys it deleted all information from scanner and entered no frequencys. Its done this twice and I have downloaded any updates for the software.

For those following this thread, this was due to the software not being registered (it only allows 4 specifically named systems to be xfer'd to the scanner).

In defense of our programmer, he did put in a warning screen that you must go past in order to delete all the systems from your scanner...
