Seeing rest channel for 40 minutes now on 462.4625 id'ing as site 5 with 3 neighbors. Uhf Yagi pointing West from Suffolk County Long Island.

Here's a range search from 462.450 to 462.4625. Any callsign observed if you stay on frequency?

Its either NY or CT. Been searching for other cap+ freqs but so far I have not turned up anything relevant to this.

See if you can catch some talkgroups. I get this on 462.450. VERY strong. It is possibly bleeding over, as DMR signals seem to do more with the scanners. I also get it on .4625 with mty TRX-1.

Control Channel 464.6375 CC12 right now
This might be new because there is no voice activity on this. No tg or radio affiliations, denials etc. Just constant data bursts announcing site 5 with neighbors 1, 4 and 6.
Guess because there is no voice, that's why it stays on rest channel 1. Think rest advances each time there is a grant, or two grants or what ever until it completes the cycle if configured in a standard manor. Could also be a single freq site too. What I don't know is if there are other freqs, would they have any activity if this freq is still rest channel 1 due to no activity.
Could also be more than these 4 sites too.
So does anyone else see this freq active and if so, where are you located? Anyone have a Cap+ system that's reporting a neighbor of 1, 4, 5 or 6?
Anyone in NYC around see anything on these around Murray Hill? If Cap+, what site and any neighbors?

No voice or radio affiliations at this time. Just data bursts announcing site number and site neighbors. Not sure if this is new or something old and they did not turn off the repeaters. License expired in 2022.
Still don't know if the other NJ site, or the 2 in NYC are active.

It was reported in the NJ forum that one site was broadcasting a rest channel and one was not. Both sites on Long Island are. Is there anyone in NYC area with in range of the 2 sites listed above that can check those for any activity?
