8200 mk3 - Display Bank Names?

It seems that the only way you can see bank names is when you're actively scanning. Is this correct?

It would be nice to view the bank names when manually browsing the banks using the left/right rocker. I kinda know what bank I'm in because I recognize the freq/tag, but nonetheless...

I think you can if you go to the manual mode and use either the rocker switch or rotate the knob to scroll through.

I recently sold my 8200 so I can't check for sure.

Thanks, but it seems you can only see bank tags while actively scanning, and not in M.RD mode.
