NCC is recuiting for call takers. Assuming one gets past HR is their any specific testing for this position other than medical or psyc. Also are these all P/T or F/T or combination and if only P/T what hours can be expected.Any information would be helpful. Thanks all.

You would do much better just contacting the Director of the 911 center to answer these questions. It greatly varies from one agency to another unless Delaware has enacted statewide requirements.

If your agency does EMS then you will need to take the EMD training in order to take medical calls.

APCO Basic Training should a basic class the agency will offer.

Part time hours vary at different agencies. Consider the total staff, vacation for full timers, sick time, and various other reasons. I'd say they should offer about 24 hrs a week or so.
