Okay, I'm here in Shreveport now. Got a lot of stuff for Oncor and AEP on my way. Two new sites confirmed, 1F9-65.65 is Center, TX and 1F9-81.81 is Longstreet, LA. I added both to the database and changed 1F9 to "Oklahoma/Ark-La-Tex" since Texas has been added to yet another zone. We're kind of a big deal.

Anyhow, my 1F9 data file is attached with what I have so far. I agree that 4.4 must be Bethany, which is a state line city, because it is a neighbor to nearby Center. I'll try and get close enough to grab it over the next week. I doubt I'll be able to travel as far as Hosston, but I may be able to get close enough to confirm it.

With your info of 85.85 being a peer of 65.65 Center, that helps narrow that down a little.

85.85 is likely going to be Overton TX, Marshall TX or (less likely) Daingerfield TX.

Thanks for sharing your info!

Awesome. 81.81 was showing a peer of Ringgold when I went out there yesterday so. All this makes sense. Side note: 80.80 was showing up isolated all day yesterday. Wonder if they're going to TDMA CC? It and 66.66 are still FDMA CC every time I've checked while all of the others are TDMA CC.

I noticed that Monroe County Ohio has a big whole without a confirmed tower, but I came across this license. I am not able to travel, but hopefully someone in the area would be able to confirm this site.

That area is forever being watched by @n8jsw and @firemantom26 . I would have expected Beallsville to be online. But they do check down that direction regularly. When something comes online, it'll be in the DB.

There are only one or two sites in Ohio that haven't been confirmed yet (and we really don't know which sites they will be). One will be 103.103.

Yep, that site 103 has not been confirmed. It could be Beallsville, but it has never come on line yet. Like Mike said Josh and I check all the time for new sites.

Not sure, but I thought 66 was TDMA when I polled it yesterday night. I’ll check later.

Per @rattlerbb01 post American Electric Power (AEP) P25 WACN 92715 , the P25data shows both 66 and 80 being TDMA at this point.

Latest file attached. Confirmed Bethany 4.4 TDMA CC and Marshall 85.85 FDMA.

Other neighbors showing up now:

57.57 which doesn't have any data in the P25 data file for some reason, so I had to dig into the events file for this:

2021/12/16 01:53:22 92715.1F9-85.85 neighbor: Site 92715.1F9-57.57; CC=8-746 855.6625

This shows up as a neighbor to slayer's data from 5.5 which is 99.9% likely to be Hosston, and 85.85 Marshall. Atlanta, TX seems to fit the bill as 855.6625 is licensed on WPCN248 and makes geographical sense.

68.68 - Neighbor only to 55.55 Arsenal Hill. 854.8375 isn't licensed for AEP in Louisiana, and is licensed to Marshall and Daingerfield in TX.

76.76 - Neighbor to Bethany. Licensed to Daingerfield and Henderson in TX. Henderson is still EDACS at this time. I didn't hear any other AEP activity in the area last night when I was within 15 miles of Henderson.

Let the confusion begin, lol. I'll keep trying when I have the time to travel.

I should note that Longview, Carthage and Henderson EDACS were all still on the air. The Carthage control channel on Unitrunker showed Center, Shreveport and Longstreet as still connected though which is false. Those are off the air.

Just keep in mind that up here in Ohio they often had the old EDACS site and the new P25 site online for a given location at the same time. And the techs would refer to "running in Hybrid mode". So for those reading this thread, just because an EDACS site is still online at a given location does not necessarily mean that there isn't a corresponding P25 site online.

Yeah I think they are still in the rollout phase. So far in East Texas, there aren’t any sites where EDACS and P25 are running side by side at this time. Over the coming weeks I’m sure we will see it again though. Shreveport ran EDACS for a while when P25 rolled out.

Yes, I remember that Mike it was very difficult to figure out what the heck was going on until they finally did the final build out

I haven't run Unitrunker on this system for a week or so.
Conditions are crappy right now so I can only decode 1F8 91.91 Oklaunion TX.
This morning it's neighbor list is showing several 1F9 Oklahoma sites now have 08 band plan TDMA CCs.
31-31 Snyder
37-37 Comanche
41-41 Frederick
43-43 Lawton

Right now the only one of those I can receive is Frederick and it definitely changed.
