Mike, I think if Arista was on line Harry would of been able snag it from his location.
The site has been isolated for a long time. Site info has timed out / CC could've rotated, etc.I did find something new in the form of a "failed, info outdated and isolated" neighbor to four of the sites.
Site 44.44, CC 0-389, 855.8625....neighbor to 10, 14, 46 and 54
Any ideas?
Harry
Some more construction notifications from 11-08-2021. NOTE: Some of these sites are already known to be online and have been for a while, and these updates are to add/change one or more frequencies on some of the sites. Mostly those sites are at the bottom of the list.

LA/AR/TX Update
I got as far as north Benton and west Bellevue with only the 3.3 CC lighting up. However all the EDACS CC's seem to still be online. 80.80 and 55.55 both showed their common neighbors isolated at different times. Talkgroups started to become active on the TDMA CC sites and seemed to be quiet on the FDMA sites. They are obviously messing with stuff so my one or two day monitorings are not enough. I assume the FDMA CC sites are going to switch over to TDMA CC sites at some point but it may take a few trips to nab them all. It's only a matter of time before work sends me north of Shreveport again. If not, I may plan a few personal trips to investigate north Caddo LA/ETX. And then another one to see about the sites in south Caddo/Desoto/ETX. I bet AR has sites online by now too.
These were all picked up from 55.55:
P25, 92715.1F9, 5191, 50, Normal, 79, 2021/11/08 7:28, ""
P25, 92715.1F9, 5199, 50, Normal, 14, 2021/11/08 7:17, ""

Also 3.3 county location is Bossier. It's a mistake on the FCC page that plagues several systems/frequencies. But the transmitter is indeed deep within Bossier Parish.
This is definitely the case with Entergy. Luckily, with AEP in South TX at least, they are only licensing 4-8 frequencies at most sites which makes identification during band openings or travel much easier. But I can remember 15-20 years ago trying to map out the old Moto Entergy system and having no clue which site I was hearing.Either one could be Hosston. And neither is Plain Dealing. Utility licenses are confusing when they share frequencies with many other sites. You really don't know until you go to the sites sometimes.
I tried to start over with a fresh P25 data file. Within a day, it reverted back to my old one even tho I moved it off the laptop. Weird.
I went to the Plain Dealing tower today. It wasn't transmitting anything at all, not even EDACS. But I did pick up a medium strength signal from the following.
Site: 5.5 NAC=005
Neighbor: 92715.1F9-3.3 ; Bellevue, LA
Neighbor: 92715.1F9-55.55 ; Shreveport (Arsenal Hill), LA
Neighbor: 92715.1F9-57.57
Neighbor: 92715.1F9-66.66 ; Shreveport (Union Street), LA
Neighbor: 92715.1F9-80.80 ; Mooringsport, LA
Neighbor: 92715.1F9-89.89
What's the CC freq of 1F9-89.89 ? (a peer of 5.5)
