Same here would never turn down help , someone that is more qualified than me I can always use that is why we are on this site to help each other out if needed.
Hi..I would never refuse help either for myself or others, if possible. Anyone who can help me figure out how to receive E'prise Police, fire n rescue would be very much appreciated. My em is jjl0412@yahoo.com. A note of em sent would be appreciated. Also..IF RR current listing is in fact correct and up to date, why does'nt it work? There are several threads on here about issues with E'prise freqs not working. Zeekwave generated several discussions about this issue.. He lives in E'prise. I have been trying to get in touch with himbut seems Jul 2020 was the last time this topic was discussed. But this is not a new topic..seems common. I just want it resolved. Help please.

What I was looking at in the RR Database is the following two pages. The first image shows the information you are referring to in the box about Eprise Strts and Rescue Dispatch, however if you look at the info just above that, it implies that those system have now moved to the "City of Enterprise Public Services System" which is a different trunked NXDN system which is what the second image shows.

Have you tried to scan the "City of Enterprise Public Services System"?

Apparently, this is what Rich from Scannermasters used to program Coffe county.. I have not changed anything. I did add Enterprise Streets, but not 100% sure I did it right. I do pick up Coffee County Rural Fire every now and then..

Since the Enterprise Streets is defined in the database as a PUBLIC WORKS type system, you have to have that type of service turned on to get the scanner to scan that entry. You probably already have already have Law Dispatch, Fire Dispatch, and EMS Dispatch turned on, By default, Public Works is not turned on.

Since you manually entered the Enterprise Streets, you should be able to change it's Service Type to Law Dispatch if that is easier than turning on Public Works. Turning on Public Works might get other things being scanned you don't want to listen to.

I see the same thing, but by default the scanner only looks (scans) for Service Types of Law Dispatch, Fire Dispatch, and EMS Dispatch. You have to edit your profile, go the the tab for Service Types and enable Public Works and any other type you want to hear. Make sure you first load the content of your scanner INTO Sentinel before you edit anything otherwise you will loose any changes you made in the scanner. Then write it back to the scanner and make sure in the profile you have monitor and download enabled for each favorites list.

You also should be able to edit the Favorites list that you added the Streets to and change the Service type there to Law Dispatch versus updating the profile.

The one called Streets is a single frequency NXDN system so it only needs the one frequency. The Enterprise Trunk System has 5 frequencies associate with it but they should have been loaded as part of the trunk system. If you see the trunked system in Sentinel, you should see the 5 frequencies along with the Police, Fire, and EMS plus two other entries with a Talk Group associated with each of them. The police, fire, and ems are correctly set for the correct service type in what I see in Sentinel.

If you have the trunked system as part of one of your favorites (it should be in the Coffee County), you should see two parts. One called "ALL" which list the agencies and another called "Enterprise" which has the 5 frequencies associated with the trunk system.

Do you have a way to take a picture of your computer screen that shows what is your favorites list that has the entries for Enterprise? In other words, click on all the plus signs to expand that whole favorites list and take a picture. Cell phone pictures work pretty well if have that option. That will give us an idea of what is even in there to try to scan.
