I'm wanting to know the sound frequencies in Hz, so I can enter notch filter settings in RadioFeed for my BDFY feed, to block these most ANNOYING and DEAFENING noises.

Why would you want to do that? Those tones are what gets your attention so you can listen to what is said next. Without those tones, the audio will blend in with all of the other audio, and you will miss the start of new calls.
How about using a volume offset or AGC if your feed scanner is so equipped with that feature?
STAT FLIGHT DISP talkgroup on SAFE-T is annoyingly loud on their alert tones and setting the volume offset on my Uniden BCD325P2 and 996P2 models really helps.
That would be crazy to reduce the Volume Offset audio level on a TG, it would of course also lower the volume of the voice comms to an unacceptable level. SDS200 Volume Offset is only useful for increasing the volume level on weak TGs.
