Site 76 with a control channel of 854.9125 should be Fitch Ky. My problem it is the same control Channel as site 102 Amesville Ohio which is much closer for me. Unless the Control channels change that one will be tough to confirm.

It has been a peer to Gilbert, Kiahsville, Logan, Madison, Richardson.
I have received Pineville of course and it is encrypted marked with a T indicating it is encrypted on this site . However, I have received GILBERT in MINGO county and even though it has no marking of T when I did receive it was also encrypted. I am wondering if all AEP APCO -P25 sites are encrypted?
None of them are encrypted. Some of them require a device that can decode a TDMA control channel. Currently no scanner can. DSDPLus Fastlane can, and OP25 can, and the BlueTail Technologies P25RX can. If you don't have one of those, you can't monitor a site with a TDMA control channel.
T next to the site name means TDMA CC
T next to a talkgroup means TDMA talkgroup (phase II P25 scanner needed)
Nothing encrypted.
When you see E in the database, it stands for encrypted.
