Can you tell me what city you're located please
If you do a temp lockout then it will come back when you turn the scanner back on. If you want to lock it out so it wont come back when you turn on click avoid twice and it will do permanent lockout.
Yes you can review your list of permanent lockouts dont have my scanner in front of me so I cant tell you how.

Enter the freqs into memory channels rather than as a trunked system
Now I just noticed I see BART scan by real fast but no signals so it doesn't stop.
Did you get a chance to update your database it could have been error from the factory loaded in your 436 you should have no problem receiving bart in Concord you should try hooking your scanner to your base antenna also I would check your attenuation setting the link shows you how do that
The attenuation is off and yes I have hooked it up the ST-2 antenna.
There must be a way to program these freqs. in individually like a regular scanner. I would like to listen to certain agencies. and not everything all at one time. I am reading the manual but it isn't that easy of a manual to understand.
Hi it was a good website that shows you how to do some programming Easier to Read BCD436/536HP Digital Scanner Manual
If you look at page 46 of user manual you can add favorite then you'll be able to input the frequencies then you could scan them to see if you could get the control channels have you tried to drive near a BART station with your scanner set to the BART system to see if you get any signal strengths?
Can you pick up the East Bay Regional Communications System ? And what about other bands 150, 460, 700 800 Mhz any problems on them
