Just to confirm you inputed all the control channels on your favorite list for bart

I haven't done that step yet of entering frequencies or making a favorite list but will do so soon.

Yes I would try that and see and if you are able to get them then your database needs to be updated in your scanner

Finallly loaded Sentinel program into computer and now I get all BART stations and BART police.
Now all I have to do is figure out how to create a favorites list.
Scanning isn't as easy like it used to be.

But now the harder part comes if I understand this manual on the 436 correctly cause I don't in order to put together a favorites list.
