The diodes will show a maximum of 1,000 ohms in either direction with the 1K resistor in parallel.
There are no 1000 ohm resistors in parallell with the other diodes. They are diodes that connects the different band filters between antenna and the first amplifier and the RF signal goes thru the diodes when they have a forward voltage applied to them. It's only the protection diodes that have a 1000 ohm bleeding resistor in parallell.

Check the D4 diode, that it has different readings when you measure both forward and backwards crossing the leads. You don't have to unsolder it as that will probably destroy it. The D4 are for the 700-1300MHz band. So if both protection diodes and D4 measures okay then test the 700-1300MHz band. If it's dead then there are other problems that probably requires you to remove the epoxi, which isn't easy to do. Isn't the BCT15x something like $250 new so probably not worth the time to go any deeper into the circuits.
