BCT15X Weather Scan Problem

According to the manual, pressing and holding down "GPS" will start the Weather Scan function.

That doesn't happen for me. I get, "No GPS Input" instead.

My firmware is version 1.03.02.

So what gives? Thanks.

It happens during scan mode. It won't switch to Weather Scan when I hold down GPS.

If all you want to do is listen to weather, then the easiest way to go about this is to
1) Hit the menu button
2) Scroll down to WX Operation then select it
3) Select weather scan

Now it should be scanning weather for you.

Not sure what the manual states, but here is how my BCT15X works with firmware versio 1.03.00.

While scanning, press the Function knob and then the GPS/WX button and this will toggle Weather Scan Priority On and Off.

While scanning, press the Function knob and then press and HOLD the GPS/WX button and this will enable Weather Scan.

To exit Weather Scan, just push the Scan button.

Tap: Change to GPS mode
FUNCTION + TAP: Toggle Weather Priority mode
FUNCTION + Press & Hold: Start Weather Scan mode.
