Was in Bethlehem this weekend and left a scanner on and recording. I logged a strong keyup on 168.675 203.5 with a repeater hang time. Most references to this frequency that I see are USFS related, but I don't think I was close to any national forests. Anyone know who this is in the area?

Bethlehem has numerous repeaters in the 460/500 MHz range; many with 203.5 pls; so I'm thinking images/harmonics? Most everything in the Fedcomm range around this area is P25.

Was anything said or just keyups and nothing else? Stay on frequency a bit longer to see if it beeps a callsign. That might tell you if it's an image or intermod from a nearby station

I'm putting it my Homeland Security list to see if I hear anything. I have checked back 3 years worth of logs in the Fedcomm band and have no comms on that freq.
