I’ve done some listening on the communications this year. Police/Security are VTAC13/8TAC93 and presumably UTAC43 all patched together. Fire/EMS are VTAC12/8TAC92 and presumably UTAC42 patched tougher. For whatever reason I can’t get the UTAC repeaters from my location.

Of interest, I found VTAC34 in use. Sounded like either security or police related, didn’t get much use, but it definitely was in use.

461.300 (Fair Ops) and 464.9 (shuttles) are also in use. I haven’t gotten close enough to see if the simplex or low power channels are to be used as in the DB.

When I was at the fair I did hear the parking channel and alert the shuttle channel. Didn’t hear much on the fair ops or the ops channel listed in the DB

I don't even live in state and thought the same as you. At least it gets people to click on the tread.

Guess going forward people need to title the messages better.
