Understood and well advised. Ironically, the reason for my question was because of the TOPIC I am relegated to listening to car stops on 295 which I care not a whit about. Shan't happen again.

No one has an exact date its a up in the air thing that it really all depends on how things go in the city over the next couple of days with the election results and also depending on what happens with the Walter Wallace situation

Ironic that in Philadelphia, at the center of any possible election contretemps, radio is clear.... yet in sedate, bucolic Bucks, routine patrol radio - is dark.

Maybe the directors of Public Safety and police Chiefs take the safety of their officers a little bit more seriously? But also I'm not sure if Philadelphia has the capability to switch their system to Full encryption as easily as Bucks County does

I wish who ever has the streams set up would take them down its only a matter of time till this becomes full time
