How can I set my P25 so that there is a pause between calls..like a 2 second pause because the way I have it setup another call will come in before the dispatch or the the cop answers..not all the time but it happens a lot.

In the "TG Editor" tab, down at the lower left is your delay time for talkgroups. Set it for at least 2 seconds and then hit the Write Config button on the bottom right of the same tab

I don't have that button

On the p25rx btconfig, try changing Talk Group Timeout. P25RX Config tab center of the screen. Write config to p25rx button is right below the TG Timeout selector box.

Also, I found that you may have to adjust your "High DPI Settings" on certain PC/monitor combinations... I found some settings/buttons hidden until I made that adjustment.
