How do i create my own tags?

so you know what unit said what.
You need to create an alpha tag in the software:
Start GRECOM EZ Scan Digital software program
Click on the Trunked Radio Systems tab on the bottom
Highlight the system on top for Camden County
Click the Radio ID Details Tab
Click New on the right
Enter the Radio ID and corresponding Alpha Tag in the boxes
Click Add

Do the tags need to be a member of a scanlist? Also does any one know the frequencies or talkgroups that are used by the fire academy?
To answer your first question when you add them to your TRS using EZ Scan all the way over to the right ypu can choose which scanlists you want to IDs to apply to.

Does any one know what the Countywide fire talkgroup is being used for?
Yes, whatever scanlist you have set for the camden county system you need to set the radio IDs for. And countywide fire is used for fire police operations, helicopter LZ assignments, and I thought I heard burlington county being patched through on that TG when cherry hill was going in for mutual aid.

Anyone know when the Police are getting off their analog channels it's almost June thought they were suppose to switch a while ago

Units that use Countywide Fire 1 are County Fire Police, County FIre Coordinators, Rehab (Canteen) Units, and landing zone for medical helicopters. Basically most of the units that used the F-4 frequency.
What will the feildcom talkgroup be used for?
To help alleviate when there is a fire or extended operation. So the radio room can help everyone else in the county.
ok, I have two more question. First do any of the Virtuia paramedics (ALS) have any other radio channels that the bls units don't carry? Second, does ChFD have any extra channels that the other fd units don't have?

It is used for communications personnel to talk amongst themselves as well as back to the center. Only the center's radios have it programmed.
