I have the DMR upgrade in my BCD325P2. I have used Butel Arc XT Pro to program Chickasaw Personal Communications Edmond and Choctaw sites and talk groups into it. I am seeing a good signal on the control frequency. I am not hearing any voice activity at all. I am concerned the color code for it on RRDB is wrong or it's not a very well used system. RRDB gives a color code of 1.

That color code looks generic for programs like SDRTrunk or DSDPlus Fastlane. I think my scanner needs actual color codes and NAC?

You might try to program it as a conventional DMR system and see if you hear any radio traffic that way.

Even though there are quite a few talkgroups published for that system in the DB, are any of them in the specific areas that Edmond / Choctaw sites would be their primary site? If not, it may just be that there isn't any / a lot of activity on those sites.

I programmed the frequencies as conventional manually and now hearing voice and the scanner recognizes that traffic as DT3 which means DMR Tier 3. Totally the same frequencies as the Edmond and Choctaw sites.

Don't be surprised if the database is wrong. I think some of the site numbers and color codes changed a few years ago.
I think that is why when I programmed this system as DT3 there was no activity until I reprogrammed it as conventional. Then it became lively.
