Claiborne County Public Safety

I heard that Claiborne county Sheriff's Department is encrypted.

Im trying to find out if the EMS and Fire dispatch channels are still in the clear, or if they're also encrypted now.

Im not to receive Claiborne county at all from my house. But, I can when I'm in Middlesboro area.
