5/5/10 The Coatesville City PD (16 units) proceeded to stop a vehicle in the 500 block of olive street when all of a sudden the driver bailed out and the vehicle he stold ran over him causing major injuries and then CPR was in progress, over all the City PD requested Croud control for about 100 + people screaming and yelling at police, City PD is calling all available units to assist: 6-07-08-29-38-39-47 and More units. time this happend 21:30 hours
