i find most of the comms during the manhunt for frein is encrypted. which is a good time to have radios encrpyted for officer safety.

Ok great but on my scanner when a transmission comes over the letter E shows up which it means its encrypted. How are some guys listening to it ??

Do you hear the garbled voice? That's what we're listening to. You can't make out a word. Still fun to listen to though.
