Erie County is now in the design stage for a new P25 Phase 2 system, expected to go live in a couple years.

Not a paid subscriber, so I can't access your link. But, here's the list of 14 base station frequencies and 1 pager channel that were included in the March 7, 2016 project update presentation. Zone and TAC channels still TBD.

Please don't discuss specific systems in this message thread. This was set up by someone to aggregate links to the various threads about specific county digital system migrations.
