CREST Migration

CREST in in the process of migrating to a 700MHz P25 Phase 2 system with system wide encryption. They're not there yet, but the days of knowing what's happening with emergency services in Victoria are just about numbered.

BC Transit also uses the system and I believe they'll be ENC as well.

It's well on its way here in Alberta... It is almost assured that RCMP will be 100% encrypted, Alberta Sheriffs likely will be 100% encrypted, AHS ambulance services are going encrypted as well. The only folks that likely won't be encrypted will be fire.
