May .be that cell tower next to Rose tree fire station ?Where is that going to be? I don't see a site near Rose Tree park looking at the mapped sites based on the FCC license location data.

Yes, the open MHZ and RR feed are using SDR trunkGreat to hear that system testing has started.
Has anyone had success monitoring the new system with SDRTrunk? I got some time today and input all the control channels from RR page and am not locking to any control channels.
Located about 6 miles east of Lima, so expect to see strong signal, but not even seeing anything that looks like a carrier on the tuner waterfall graph. switching to the Philly P25 playlist and that works, so don't think it is a laptop equipment issue, but not ruling out a Phase1 vs Phase2 software issue.
Thanks.
Just heard someone sending test messages between 6:00 & 6:30 a little static though. The auto dispatcher sounds awesome thoughYes, the open MHZ and RR feed are using SDR trunk
770.53125 is the control but the Lima site is extremely directional to the NW of Lima. If you are east you are in the null. Heading east it covers reliably up to State Rd and Springfield on portable. Starts to drop quickly past that.Great to hear that system testing has started.

I'm 20 some odd miles NNE-ish of Lima. 5 bars of signal on my SDS100 with a Larsen triband NMO antenna on my roof770.53125 is the control but the Lima site is extremely directional to the NW of Lima. If you are east you are in the null.
How is the reception audio quality? Another good measure of just how well you are getting something on the SDS scanner is the Decode Error rate. Good reception is generally under 15.I'm 20 some odd miles NNE-ish of Lima. 5 bars of signal on my SDS100 with a Larsen triband NMO antenna on my roof![]()
Great! How is the reception audio quality?
Agree - since the voice dispatch was tweaked on the audio - it has been excellent.....
It’s simulcast, all the sites will use the same frequencies.I no longer hear Lima. Rose Tree has been turned on?? What Frequency
Since it's simulcast all sites have the same number. It's RFSS 1. No roaming.I am not seeing any signal strength on the control channel that was being used. Are both sites online if so what site number is rose tree?
What are you using to hear it? SDS Scanner or something else?I wasn't able to lock on a control channel this afternoon, either. I'm 15ish MI NNE of Lima, though, so I figure it's just the vegetation starting to pop. Reception at home had been intermittent on a G5 until today when it became unreceivable. If you could just get a Delco accent into the robo voice, I'd be happy. My first scanning was Delco in the 90s.
